Year 7 Literacy and Numeracy Catch-up Funding
The literacy and numeracy catch-up premium gives schools additional funding to support Year 7 students who did not achieve the expected standard in Reading or Mathematics at the end of Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Early intervention and the development of Literacy and numeracy is a focus of the school this year; it is a priority as identified in the School Improvement Plan.
There are 32 pupils below the expected standard in reading and 30 pupils below the expected standard in Mathematics, whilst there are 18 pupils below the expected standard in both.
